ALL THE FAILS | KEVIN ZEGERS

The first time I heard the name Kevin Zegers was at a dinner party at Poppy Montgomery’s house in Brentwood, California. Sitting next to me, a girl confided in me that she was romantically involved with a young, attractive actor who could potentially be a complete disaster. My advice at the time was to break up with him immediately and never look back.

They got married.

When I finally met Kevin three years later, he wasn’t anything like I’d expected.
Jason was newly sober. This was our first diner with “strangers” who weren’t privy to what he was going through.

When Kevin didn’t order a cocktail, Jason’s eyes perked up. The rest was history.

As a father, husband, friend, and hot person who is five years younger than me, Kevin is an inspiration. I've watched him touch so many lives, not simply because he was in all seven hundred Air Bud movies, but because he has a gift that goes beyond his talents as a performer. He has taken his own trauma and used it to teach and heal others.

Jaime, I guess I’m fine with you being married to him.
