Red Pepper Romanesco
I love this dip because it’s such a departure from the usually suspects on a crudite platter. It’s smokey and tangy without being heavy and overwhelming. I love the splash of color it adds to the lineup. Especially when my other offerings are either yogurt or tahini based. Try making it the base to your roasted Cauliflower or lathering it all over some grilled white fish.
