So on an upcoming episode of my TBS show Dinner and a Movie, Michael Voltaggio comes to visit and makes me Rocky Road ice cream using liquid nitrogen and face yogurt. I’m not a huge ice cream person, but this was orgasmic. Since then, I've been trying to master how to recreate it. Spoiler alert: I didn’t. I couldn’t convince anyone to give me liquid nitrogen. I did, however, over the course of my obsessing, come up with a recipe that might just take the whole thing to the next level. I call it ICE CREAM SMORES.
