WHAT DRUGS ARE YOU ON?

Most of my girlfriends will talk about what they are doing to their bodies cosmetically. I am on numerous texting bc chains dedicated solely to the pointless search for eternal youth. But when it comes to actual medications people are taking, I often feel left in the dark.

Here is a list of drugs I'm on and why.

Methimazole - this is for hyperthyroid. It's temporary but slows down your metabolism and makes you fat. It is also illegal in France unless you are a cat. I hate being on this shit, but until my numbers are standard again, I have to do it.

I remember about five years ago, being in Paris and having to write a Facebook post looking for a hyperthyroid cat so that I could buy drugs from the owner.

Prozac- I'm off Prozac at the moment because I think my anxiety was coming less from depression and more from my hyperthyroid, self-diagnosed perimenopause, and ADHD. I was on Zoloft for about ten years and stopped before trying to get pregnant with Sid. After Lazlo, I went on Prozac for two years and liked it, but it never moved up from 10mg.

Recently, I got back on it and tried increasing my dose to 20mg. I was dizzy and groggy, and it sadly didn't work out. I'm off SSRIs for the moment but may eventually go back on. First, I'm gonna try a mushroom journey.
